The first thing I do when I meet with a seller is to do a thorough walk through inside and outside. We will make a list repairs to be made and critique your curb appeal. Are design upgrades worth it? Let’s talk about it and figure out what would truly add value.

Determine the Value

The value of your house is not determined by what you paid for it. It’s determined by what houses are selling for in your area. The housing market can sometimes be unpredictable. I will run comparable to get a detailed look at what your neighbors have received from their sales in the last six months.

 
 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Once you have completed all of my suggestions to prep your house to be sold, I will help you stage the home and schedule a professional photographer to document it for the MLS listing.

List your home on the mls

I am a member of the Greater Tyler Area of Realtors and I will enter your home onto the GTAR MLS so that other agents will know you are on the market and ready for offers!

Shall we show?

It will be my job to coordinate and schedule all of your showings with buyer’s agents and compile feedback from each potential buyer. I will work closely with you to make sure each showing fits into your schedule and that you are prepared.

Let’s make a deal

As the offers are submitted to me, I will present them to you and answer any questions you may have. If you receive multiple offers, I will organize them so you are easily able to compare and contrast to ensure you make the best decision! I’ll offer my professional advice about negotiation and keep you informed of other sales in the area to determine if the offer is fair.

Staying on tract

After you accept an offer, I will work closely with the buyer’s agent to make sure that all of correct paperwork is submitted and that every player in the game has what they need to keep the transaction moving forward smoothly and on time!

Payday!

Once everything has been approved and we are cleared to close, I will accompany you to the closing and you get paid! Your job is easy — show up, sign some papers and get paid!
